Mechanical Design - I can turn a rough sketch or just a description into reality with CAD. I'm experienced designing in metals, plastics, and wood.

Electrical Design - I have a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, and over 25 years of design experience from consumer electronics to robotics

Software Design - 12+ years in Software Development and Software Testing. I have written software running on Mac, Windows, Linux or small embedded systems like Raspberry Pi or Arduino.

Fabrication - I am a seasoned maker with a full wood shop, laser cutter, CNC router, CNC Plasma Cutter, 3D printer, welding equipment, and sheet metal tools.  

Manufacturing - Need to make more than one of something?  I provide manufacturing consulting services. For small scale manufacturing, I might be able to make it right here in my own shop.  If not, I can provide advice on how to proceed or represent you so that you don't have to get involved in this aspect. I have worked with contract manufacturing facilities all over the world. I have many contacts in Denver, the United States and internationally (China, Vietnam, Mexico, etc).

 An ornament made for a customer that does custom off road vehicle work. Made with CNC Plasma Cutter in 14 gauge steel.

 

Close up of an electronics project. I designed and manufactured the circuit board, aluminum metal enclosure, wiring harnesses and wrote all the software, controlled by a Raspberry Pi.  This drove a custom heating mechanism.
